      I hired this Kaydenmade for ************************* for my wedding on Oct. 15, 2023. I bought the All Star package which includes 2 photographers & 2 videographers for 12 hours. At no point did I have what I paid for. All individuals were scheduled to arrive at 9am and only one photographer arrived on time. The photographer who was set to capture the get ready process for the groom/groomsmen never showed for the entire day. The morning of the wedding we received a call from the lead videographer stating that the videographers were running late due to a flat tire, but they did not arrive until 2 pm. Once the two videographers arrived, the original photographer left ~2pm. Due to the late arrival we missed key services that were listed in the all star package (Get ready process for bride(video), Get ready process for groom(video/photo), moment with the ******* *********** with family/friends).2 weeks after the wedding my mom, *********** started receiving messages from the photographer stating that he had not been paid from their business, and that he would be cutting off all access to the photos that he'd taken. As of today (Jan 18 ****), it has been 2 months without a response to any communication from me after weeks of promised updates. In a debrief meeting on Oct 24th they promised to send over partial refund paperwork, teaser *************** by Nov 1st, and the video has yet to come. Although they have stated that the turnaround time is 4 months in peak season, they have ignored requests around update on the partial refund paperwork that they have stated they would send by Nov 1st.

      I signed a contract with KaydenMade, LLC /Weddings By KM for ************ services for my wedding on 10/16/2022 to include 2 photographers & 2 videographers on Saturday 6/24/2023. The day of the wedding I received 1 photographer and 2 videographers. ****** claimed one of the photographers got into an accident but I know for a fact that was a lie because I reached out to the photographer she claimed was hired. It seems ****** tells everyone one of the photographers wouldn't be able to make it because of a car wreck but 2 other persons from their team would be there to run the day. I was expecting a refund before but now I want a partial refund for the missing photographer as well as my photos and final video. Its been 7 months of me reaching out to Kayden. ****** hasn't reached out to me once for an update but I constantly reach out to her. I want a partial refund and my photos/video or a full refund!

      I paid for the Gold Package for my wedding that took place on 10/21/22. The Gold package that included photos, videos, trailer, and Special Wedding album book. Turn around time was indicated as 18 to 25 day turn around time for photos then 14- 18 days for video. Due to busy season and personal issues they had alot going on so it would be a delay. Got the stuff in January however no real timeframe with the album book. Never even got a trailer because they were just "so busy" but I did not make a big deal about it. I specifically booked this package because of the ***** BOOK. I also asked for revisions with the video and photos and they said they would look into it as they did not use the voice over recordings that I emailed for them to have. Last time I heard about it being in the works was on 7/20/23. Never heard back. I texted ******* and ******. Got no response until I commented under their IG post in early November. They now telling me some excuse about switching manufacture and offering refund. And they now telling me that revisions are not included. That should have been expressed from the beginning but you stringing me along thinking it can be done and there was no mention of extra costs after you took forever to get it done. If I was not on top of them I would've fell through the cracks. I had to call her out on social media just to get her attention. Not my fault they provide poor customer service, poor communication and lack of timely resolution.

      I HIRED THIS COMPANY FOR MY WEDDING ON JUNE 17 2023. AS OF 12/05/2023 I HAVENT Received MY PHOTOS OR VIDEO FROM MY WEDDING. THIS DAY I CANT GET BACK. SHE KEEP GIVING ME SOME STORY 1)After throughly reviewing everything with our entire editing team, turnaround times are extending up to five months. The cause of the delay is due to Dropbox placing a upload/download bandwith restriction on the company account. This restriction prevented our editors from accessing the RAW/Unedited Wedding files from the 2023 Wedding Season. Rest assured, your beautiful memories from your special day are safe, stored, and backed up on the original memory cards and multiple solid state drives (SSD'S).2) We had some minor technical issues with our editing software and had to make quick adjustments. This caused a slight delay in the editing of your wedding content. Please rest assured we are back in motion and everything is just about complete. Your timeline has been updated to reflect new teaser delivery date.I have so many more reason she has given me to the point its straight lies. I haven't received no updated. I want what I paid for. Its going on 6 months she has now Breach the Contract.

      I hired Kayden made to do the photos and videos for my wedding of May 19, 2023 she arrived she did the services everything was fine but when it comes to giving me my product thats where the problem lies I have yet to receive my videos, she gives me BS about how everything looks great. Everything is coming theres a delay in the editing process And I had to buy my wedding being during the peak season. I have to wait four months its now been over six months and no nothing of what I asked for. Shes not responding to the emails shes not giving me any reasonable explanation of why I havent received my stuff she told me some excuses about she had family is***s or whatever like that and I let her know that this is a business , you have other people on your team that can handle your business so you had said Im at a point now where Im just going to file a complaint with the business the Better Business Bureau and *** her. This is such a very unprofessional experience, especially by being my wedding, and I cant redo my wedding.

      I hired this company to do our wedding on June 17th, 2023. We have yet to receive all of photos an yet NOT received our video. We have asked for the deadline to be NOV 6. ********* assured us all of our things would be done. Here is its Nov 15th. Havent heard a word from her. My contract states a 30 days turnaround. She gave this bull story about peek season and it would be 4 months. We are 6 months in and havent received our things. They have blocked my phone number from phones wont respond to emails either. I will be filing a lawsuit for this company because its a SCAM.

      I signed a contract with KaydenMade, LLC /Weddings By KM for ************ services for my wedding on 10/7/2023 to include 2 photographers & 2 videographers on Friday 10/6/2023 at 6:30pm I spoke with an employee of the company we discussed the details of the wedding and She advised that she and the team would be at the wedding venue by 12noon. on the morning of 10/7/2023 I received a text message at 9:58am from the employee stating that she wouldn't be able to make it to my wedding because her mother was in a car wreck late last night, but 2 other persons from their team would be there to run the day. 12noon 1 person shows up, I ask about the 2nd person he says he doesn't know who or when they would show up, at this point I start calling the owner for answers, with no response to calls or texts, 3 hours latter I get a call that they are working to get some to me , but wasn't sure if he would be there before the wedding started at 4pm, no one else ever showed up. At 11pm I received a text stating that she would be available on 10/10/2023 to discuss in detail about what happened and how she would make this right for ******* husband, Never heard from her! after several calls and text 10/11/2023 she outreached to me and stated that her lawyers are working on a refund contract, & that this has never happened before & that it was beyond embarrassing how the day went & that I would receive all pictures and video they captured! She promised to have refund documents to me 10/26/2023, then 11/1/2023, I have called/texted several times all contact numbers and email addresses I have for the company. As of today 11/14/2023 I have yet to receive call back ,any refund, video and/or any pictures of my wedding day. It is VERY disheartening for a company to do something like this after you have spent your hard earned money on a service and not get anything in return ( no communication, NOTHING), for your WEDDING day! Any missed memories of our wedding day we can NEVER get those back.

      Kaydenmade did my wedding in May. I sign a contract with them.Pay in full on May 2,2023. I paid in for 600 photos .Teaser video in 7 days from my wedding. Drone footage. I have call, text, email.No answer. She keeps giving me the running around about different dates I will receive my wedding pictures. I am very upset . This was a special day for me and my husband and how could someone just steal your money and not give you what you paid her for. I had a sign contract that she did not honor. How could you do that to someone on their wedding day. I have no memory to show my family or friends. This was a special day for me and I have nothing to show for it. It it now November .still nothing from ******************************* ( Kaydenmade LLc) I got married on May 27,2023. She made promises after promises . Which she knew that she would never fill. Shame on you ******************************* for taking people money on there special day. You will not have any luck for what you did. Its sad that she took my money and my memories away from me. I have nothing . I mean nothing. Not one single picture of my wedding. How do you sleep at night knowing what you did. God bless your soul. I paid you in full and you gave me nothing . Not one single picture, video. Nothing. How could you do this to someone? You are a scam artist. Who prey on people when they need you the most and you take advantage on them . Promising date after date . That you know that you where not going to fill. I can believe you did this. I want my money back .all of my money

      This vendor was contracted to make a video and take pictures at our vow renewal. We purchased the Gold package. We were emailed that our package would be ready and uploaded on October 9, 2023. I texted ****** on Oct 9th, stating I was awaiting the uploads. She responded, "Hey! I am checking on the status of everything. I haven't received the photo and video links yet, so please bear with me while I see the hold-up." On the 10th, I received a status update from Kayden, "the photo album will begin loading this Friday. I reviewed your final video and requested some changes before sending it to you." Friday the 13th came and went without any communication from ******. I sent texts on 10/13, 10/14, 10/15, and 10/16 regarding the current status of our upload. In the last communication, she returned my phone call (10/14), stating that she was in an area with poor internet service and wasn't responding. And that everything should be ready by Nov 2nd.Our vow renewal was on 07/15/2023. I have tried to resolve this issue without a resolution.
