Company has not honored warranty. I bought a recliner 9/22 and the wire handle to recline the chair broke before the 1 year warranty expired. Any manually reclining does not seem possible. Now 11/23 and Furniwell has strung me along without sending the promised fix for the chair.Review from Emily D

Do not buy from this company. I ordered an adjustable desk that stopped working after a few months. **************** is really awful. They offer no help. Waste of money.Review from Ronda P

I ordered a 5 piece patio set and one box was damaged. I sent them a picture of the damage and wanted to send it all back for a refund. They insisted I had to take everything out of the box and send a picture of the damage. I did that and sent them a picture of the damaged piece. They have since sent me a replacement piece 3 times and each time, the piece was the wrong color. Each time I have sent pictures that they requested. Emails have been going back and forth since I received the patio set on April 18. They wont call me or give me a number to call them. The email I received today indicated their warehouse is out of stock for the piece I need. If it wont be restocked, they want me to box everything up and send it back for a refund. Who knows when they will know if its being restocked or when my saga will end. I would never recommend doing business with this company. Having an item damaged is one thing but sending me the wrong color replacement piece 3 times is just ridiculous.Review from Deborah C.

This company doesn't even deserve one star I bought A Chair for My Mother it works at two times now it no longer works I've been sending emails back and forth to these people for the last 30 days and I've gotten nowhere now it didn't take them long to take $500 from my bank account so it shouldn't take him long to replace the chair or at least send new parts but this is not doing my mother any good at all I would like this problem rectified as soon as possible I'm requesting that they send a new chair and come pick this one up or at least refund some of the money and send me the partsReview from Lisa D

I ordered a chair for dad at the end of March. We have seen nothing! The money however was taken out right away. I have contacted the company multiple times with zero results. I don't know what the h*** to do!Review from DAVID T

We have received three broken chairs. Email several times. Without rectifying.
