      For over a year, I have tried to cancel my HealthyTrim subscription. I have emailed after every delivery and credit card charge. All of my emails, calls and messages all go unanswered. I need for the subscription to be canceled and for them to provide me with the return authorization code I need to return all of my unused product and provide the refund.

      There is no way to cancel subscription with this company. The phone number goes to a voicemail that messages are full so you cant leave a message to cancel and the email address for cancellation is returned to sende. Poor customer service once you sign up there is no way to cancel so they keep charging almost $100 a month for a shipment thats unwanted. I dont want a refund I just want to cancel my subscription and my credit card to stop being charged. Help please.

      I bought the product 8 months ago. Signed up for a subscription. After the first 2 months I emailed to cancel subscription. For the last 6 months, every 2 months they send me the product and charge for 95$. I have emailed every single time to the appropriate email address and they will not respond and continue to send product. I have searched high and low for a phone number and finally found one. Called and tried to cancel and of course no one had called me back!!!!! Worst customer service cause I really dont think there is a customer service. Went back to read there terms and conditions and have followed all the appropriate steps. Its just to email them and cancel it!!!!

      I ordered a buy one get one free dietary supplement a couple of months ago. Today at 1 in the morning the send me a receipt for 2 more bottles for 94 dollars that I did not order and they just charged my card automatically without asking for approval. I do not want this and can not seem to get ahold of anyone. I have emailed them and called the number several times left messages. Still No response. This is illegal I do not approve these charges and they should not have saved my card information. I need a refund immediately!!!

      I ordered Healthe Trim Original on a BOGO Special, which enrolls you in a subscription every 60 days, which you are told that you can easily cancel. I received the product on 1-6-2023 and by January 16th I knew I no longer wanted to keep the product. On 1-6-2023, I called ************, which is the number on the packing slip, Voicemail was full and I was unable to leave a message, so I sent and Email to ***********************************, which is on the packing slip as well as their website in the customer service section, I received no response. On 1-19-2023, I sent an additional email and again received no response. On 1-25-2023 I called **************, which I found on ***********************************, in the order section. I was on hold for 56 minutes and no one ever picked up. Also on 1-25-2023 I started sending ******** messenger messages, which were never answered. Between 1-25-2023 and 3-15-2023 I have sent 7 Messenger Messages. On 3-7-2023, I received a new order and was charged for this account that should be cancelled. On 3-10-2023 I left two voicemails on the ************# as I was finally able to do so. On 3-13-2023, I left another voicemail, in these I did advise I would be initiating a charge back with my bank and contacting the BBB. On 3-15-2023, I did start the charge back procedures and and contacting you the BBB for help. I will leave and additional voicemail, today, 3-15-2023, letting the company know I have moved forward. I can provide the emails, call logs of when I made these calls, and the Messenger messages.       I purchased a health supplement from HealthyLife Sciences in August 2022, using a promotional Buy-One-Get-One free rate of $54.90. This rate was also tied to an auto-renewal plan that would send me another 2 bottles every 2 months. In October, I received an auto-shipped order again for $54.90. Since I did not desire any more supply, I called in early November to cancel the auto-renewal and stop receiving the product. Since November, I have left 6 voicemails and sent 2 emails requesting to cancel, and no one has called or emailed me back. Meanwhile, HealthyLife Sciences has continued to send me product and charge me $94.90 twice on 12/1/22 and 1/3/23. They do not respond to emails at ********************* Calling any of their phone numbers leads to the same message that plays over and over again - hold music and an intermittent message that says "Press 2 to leave a voicemail. Press the # key to return to the queue, or you can hang up at any time." This message plays over and over again every 30 seconds, and whether I keep pressing #, or just keep holding, it just keeps playing the same music and message over and over again. I have stayed on the phone listening to this for over an hour, to no avail. Again, leaving a voicemail is pointless, as no one calls you back. Calling their health coaching number leads you to a message that says "The destination mailbox is full," and then it hangs up on you. I am livid. I want to be refunded the $189.80 that has been charged to me after I tried many times to cancel, and I want this company to stop sending me product.
