Ran across Leather Creations online when we could not locate a large sofa with deep seating anywhere. ***** was extremely helpful in selecting the leather and style. We received our sofa, which was delivered by two very nice young men. They told us that ** has several repeat customers that have had ******************** pieces for 20 or more years. If you are in the market for custom leather furniture look no further than Leather Creations. The company does excellent work. Our new coach and recliners are beautiful, durable, and very comfortable. We went back to the ******, ** store when we decided to buy stools for our kitchen counter. Our salesman, ****** ******* professionalism and knowledge guided us to design exactly what we needed. If we need help in the future, he is man we will call. Leather Creations had wonderful customer service. I've had my couch for over 7 years. They gave me new filling for the pillows and took the time to show me how to make my couch look and feel new again. They were so friendly and I had a great experience. We are Leather Creations repeat customers. We purchased our first sofa and love seat set 22 years ago and it held up so well we decided to purchase from Leather Creations again. ***** was very helpful and their furniture is very high quality. Would have given 5 stars except there was some kind of mix up with the delivery of our matching ottoman, which was delivered a few days after our new sofa and love seat. Definitely worth taking a look if you are in the market for furniture.Leather Creations, Inc

Thank you very much for your continued business. We're sorry about the mixup on the ottoman. Since you ordered the ottoman a week after the sofa they were on two different orders. We didn't charge you delivery on the ottoman (since we would be delivering the sofa anyway) so it must have been missed when the manifest was created. I'm glad we were able to get it to you the next day and that adding the ottoman a week later didn't make the sofa take longer.Review fromJohn S

We bought our top-grain leather home theater seats in 2005. 19 years later, they still look great - absolutely no cracks, and they still look new after each annual cleaning & conditioning. All the seats are still very comfortable. I still remember that Leather Creations gave us a great buying experience. We picked up some framed art too. Ive had friends who bought home theater seating for less money, but I doubt that theyll survive decades of heavy use like ours did. Im retiring soon, and Im looking forward to another 20 years of enjoyment. They will probably be sold with the house.Leather Creations, Inc

1 star*** DO not buy Leather Creations *** Strong recommendation ***DO NOT BUY*** As an original owner of a swivel recliner with a lifetime guarantee, I was first insulted by the young owner, at the time, after having the recliner in my home on thicker pile Karastan carpeting, it was a bit disheartening to see the strong impression left in the carpet, like a constellation. You may say buyer beware, and I lacked forethought, but Leather Creations said they like to hear from customers a couple years after they have owned their product, WELL THEN, they did not like hearing from me, as I called for help and suggestions and got nothing but the owner of Leather Creations laughed so hard at me over the phone at my feedback that it was hard not to be insulted. This was the owner! Strong recommendation ***DO NOT BUY*** This was not a challenging complaint, but no customer service help or suggestions. So, Leather Creations has been in business for years, and this foolish owner who laughs at his customers after they spend thousands of dollars is still at the helm. I cannot be more serious, as it is not hard to think that this owner had a lifetime guaranteed on the structure of the chair, only to later, in 2006 **** the warranty to separate the "reclining mechanism" as something separate from the lifetime warranty (likely after claims started coming in). When challenged, Leather Creations would have me believe that the reclining mechanism had no guarantee from day 1 of buying, but later felt a need to specify the "reclining mechanism" is only guaranteed ********************* 2006. Then when challenged, Leather Creations will tell you the failing reclining mechanism (has about 25 degree lean back) is simply 'wear and tear' and would not have been covered anyway. All the above are slow responses after quick responses to my claim inquiry in attempts to resell me a new chair rather than fix. Save money and buy a competitor, even if it is only a $200 savings. *** at Leather Creations in ****** is awesome! I had purchased a sofa, chair and a half, and ottoman in 1997. He found my old records of purchase and was able to help me select new leather in same quality and shade. He offered an upgrade to my sleeper sofa, which turned out to be just what we needed. All of the pieces were expertly recovered, with white glove delivery. I could not be happier with *** and Leather Creations for assisting me in getting my pieces reupholstered. I love the furniture. It's like sitting on a cloud. The leather is so soft and supple. We fully expect this one to last another 25 years.Leather Creations, Inc
