We have used Wayne’s Air Experts twice The first time was 2 years ago. They were prompt, professional, and knowledgeable . They were transparent about what needed to be repaired, the cost and length of time it would take to complete the work. I had a problem with my AC unit yesterday and they came out at the scheduled time. It turned it to be an issue very similar to what had happened the first time they had come out (2 years prior) . They reduced the fee for this repair . I am most impressed by their ethical standards- someone else could have simply stated the time between repairs was to long and charged their regular service charge, I recommend Waynes Air Experts without reservations!! I can attest to this company’s ethical professional and friendly neighborly approach. They will always be my go to AC company!Review from Paul B

We recently had a package unit that was not cooling. I called Wayne's Air Experts because I had used them before for installation of new units. They found a leaking evaporator coil. They determined that the unit was still under warranty. A replacement part was not available from any local source and the factory said that they had none in stock. Wayne's, working with a local distributor, got the factory to divert the proper coil from the new units being assembled. Wayne's received the coil in a couple of days and had it installed quickly! We are very grateful for the excellent, professional service and we recommend Wayne's Air Experts.Review from Tom D

We have used Wayne's Service All for over 10 years on our principal residence and on rental houses that we owned. They have done maintenance and have installed 4 new units for us. Waynes's Service All has installed HVAC units for my house and performed troubleshooting maintenance when needed. The technicians are well trained, efficient and prompt. The HVAC units and service are dependable and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company.Review from Deborah K

These guys are really fantastic. They are prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. I have been using them now for about 4 years and have them service my ac every spring. I would highly recommend them . As a woman, it has been very hard to find honest, reliable contractors and having been burned many times, I am so glad to have them.Review from Billy J
