Consistent noise disturbance from apartment ****. Involving constant slamming of their door. Been told by the lease office more than office by letter and phone call. Tenants in apartment **** made excuses for their actions “The door isn’t slammed in the morning it’s on the ring camera.” This was told to management at the lease office. I have called after hours every single weekend to file a complaint again these tenants. Throughout the week I call the lease office and respectfully explain the situation that the door slamming shakes my apartment, scares my * **** *** ***, and this has been occurring since late February! I started reporting it in the month of May only because I couldn’t tolerate it enough. The person of management of Stevens Creek Commond is Hope G****. The number is ###-###-####. I have evidence sending her emails of these constant disturbances and was told by her she never received them after I called in too many times about the tenants careless behavior in regards to slamming their door. I left a review on Saturday **** *** at 10pm about this situation. I do not want to receive emails or phone calls from the lease office because I have been very patient about this situation and I want results! Get the authorities involved. I called the deputy that lives here no answer. The number was given to me by the representative who I spoke to after hours around 10pm on Saturday **** **** I’m very angry but I will continue to be respectful and I do not want to labeled as a nuisance but I’m a ****** ****** who is trying to live in a comfortable environment for myself and ** * **** *** ***. Thank you for your time. I don’t know corporate office number for Stevens Creek Commons Apartments. By the way last Saturday night on **** *** again pass 10 pm the tenant at apartment **** slammed the door so hard that they found pleasure in doing what they did by replying out loud “Wooo!” Young couple in their 20’s displaying this type of behavior and no regards or remorse for their actions. It’s sad, frustrating, and very disturbing.Business response
