The consumer purchased a******************************* from the business for their RV in ******* 2020. In ***** of 2022, the consumer contacted the business and informed them that the RV had been sold and that the service plan need to be cancelled. The business stated that the service plan would be cancelled immediately and the refund of $8,000 should be received in 2-4 weeks. The consumer contacted the business after the specified time frame to see what the delay was. The consumer stated that they were informed that the cancellation had not occurred when promised and that is would be less than previously told. The business is now saying the refund will be $6,000.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/06/15) */ The refunds for this customer has never changed. The customer is still getting the same amount back that was told to him in ***** when we processed the refunds. $7,514.14. The wrong VIN number was enter in when submitting for refunds. This has been corrected and still awaiting the total of $7,514.14. These typically take time, especially if a mistake was made. This has been in process with the correct VIN for about a month now. ******** had appointment for my 2************************** It is under warranty. I been having issues with house battery holding charge as well as bad remote control inverter (part was on order since ****** from prior appointment.) Service Advisor Matt said it part was expected** Oct however it was not in by my appointment. I asked to have bedroom a..c looked at because froze 3x, step .(warranty denied). The main concern was tracking cause of parasitic drain on batteries. It was 1 week later I spoke with Chris operations and showed him 2 weeks pics of the battery showing drain. He asks to give them opportunity to check out. I checked back couple days was told there was nothing wrong with house battery but engine battery was bad. Service Advisor Amber said they didn't find anything wrong and she could call a friend at***** to check out RV. I asked to speak to tech Johnathan was told he was busy. I caught him coming across lot and asked him did he see pic and papers I left to use in checking out drain he said no and he only diagnosed engine battery it was bad. I was handed paperwork and my rv was bought out it was dirty and Chris swept out. 15 Nov emailed ganderrv to inform them that 2 Nov Gerald***** diagnosed drain as harness from conversion draw 2.4 amp. In my understanding falls on Gander I was told by Amber I need to contact Thor. I asked about remote control inverter part and she stated it was replaced ** Oct they only had carpet left to do. I sent her another email ** Nov 953p.m. stating the remote control was not working attached picture.Business response
