    I go to this dental office for my * year old and * year old. I originally get free routine cleanings, but when I went to get my * year old cleaning and X-rays for the year they did not notify me of any charges. About 3 weeks later when I took my * year old for a cleaning they said I owed more than 200 dollars. Upon checking with my insurance company, they notified me that nothing had changed with my insurance their office is no longer in network. I have canceled all appointments with them and my * year old needs medical attention still so I found another pediatric dentist and have been trying to get them to release his medical records and get resolution about the billing. I have sent two release forms and my new dental office have tried to send a release of medical records form that I signed. Nobody has contacted me about billing at all and no bill has been sent to my house. My **** year old will go to the doctor tomorrow and I will have to pay out of pocket because they have his X-rays and will not release! Settlement will be a refund as well. The first time I tried taking my * year old to dentist I did not realize I hadn’t placed him on insurance. Most doctor offices ensure patients are insured before services are rendered. They did not and stated we assumed your * year old ( who was not * at the time) had insurance because the other did. I ended up paying over 300 dollars for them to brush his teeth. I attached both release forms that was sent on my behalf and from the new doctor’s. I have documentation of medical claims as well.     This establishment has poor customer service. Worst experience ever. The head person is not concerned about her patients at all. She is rude and sends her workers out to do her dirty work. I feel bad for the people that work for her. She doesn't care about them or her patients at all. I will not get into detail but please visit another office. Zero stars for me.
