This establishment has poor customer service. Worst experience ever. The head person is not concerned about her patients at all. She is rude and sends her workers out to do her dirty work. I feel bad for the people that work for her. She doesn't care about them or her patients at all. I will not get into detail but please visit another office. Zero stars for me.

I wish I could leave ZERO STARS. African Americans aka BLACK PEOPLE wonder why we DON'T support our own kind. My children have only been seen twice & I NEVER READ these reviews & I WISHED that I have. It was so many RED FLAGS that ignored smh. Let's just say everything people have to out the ENTIRE STAFF & THE DOCTOR HERSELF IS TRUE. RUN DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN THERE. I have never in my life been treated the way how they treated me & took it on my babies by DEACTIVATE THEM. Their website & ********** say they're still ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS. However since they're INACTIVE they have to become a new patient again & they claim their not taking anymore. I'm calling the CORPORATE OFFICE FOR ********** TO REPORT THEM & I'M CALLING THE BBB. They SHOULD NOT be open & practicing if they're going to be treating humans they way that they have. I also like to add EVERY SINGLE TIME you call they just let the phone ring NONSTOP & THE VOICEMAIL stay FULL & they will answer it BUT hang it up. I also tried to reschedule my children & she hung up in my face TWICE. OH IF YOU ASK TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE ELSE THE ****** ***** WILL HANG UP IN YOUR FACE. I should have listened to my friend when she said DO NOT take your babies there because the whole staff is HORRIBLE.
