This is a horrible service, I never started with them and they could not even get my login credentials to work for 2 days. I got distraught and they offered a refund. so I took it. I asked for an email but never got it . so I reached out via the number on my receipt, which is the one I listed on your platform. they could not find an account, not now agent. So I was furious and finally, I got a supervisor telling me I would get a refund in 7-10 business days but still no receipt or email. They told me the receipt is the chat transcript I received., Long story short the service is horrible and so are their processes. I want to make sure I am well understood I am sure I will get the refund from this client, but it’s the service that is my real complaint. They did not want to give me a receipt email receipt for my refund. They wanted to use their Chat support transcript as a receipt, which I’ve never heard of that before that does not have a confirmation number even though you can read it. Next, I was sent to a parent company that had no idea who I am and when I spoke to them about it, they said the confusion as to what I asked for but what am I Supposed to do I don’t know your company processes I explained so maybe you should have a phone system where a customer can choose The appropriate department to serve their needs all I got from these people was you’re yelling at us and cussing do you know I was on the phone with them for two hours and no one could find my case and I was in the wrong company not knowing that jetstream had other parent companies, this is a flaw on their end. Their customer service is not seamless then they want to make it like it’s your fault so my actual complaint is their customer service. I will get the refund I’m certain, but their processes are not good at all. This is my true complaint, I don’t recommend anybody use that service
