      01/08/2020 I had purchased IPTV and did not get an email with a password and username. Customer service was non existent. I made the purchase on May 29. They did send me an email confirming payment but no follow up email with further instructions. I tried to chat online but no one was there. An email was sent with no reply.

      On **/**/22 I purchased a monthly service from Jetstream. Their add reads "password within minutes". It never came. I'd like a refund or services paid for, nothing more.

      I have been using this service for several years. The company decided to upgrade their service and now the existing one is not working even though I already paid for it. They said that I need to download the new app, which I did, but they need to give me a new username and password. I've sent multiple requests via their email feature in the website for getting this info and no response. This has been going on for more than 3 weeks now. I've paid for a service that I'm not getting. I've called them several times, one time spend an hour waiting and agent responded. ALL I NEED IS THE USERNAME AND PASSWORD they want me to use to access the service I already paid for.

      I paid 34.95 for **** service for the month of may. I received a user name and password that didn't work. I tried contacting the company and got a recording telling me to install the new app. I had already installed the new App and input all the correct information and tried it on multiple devices. STILL NO SERVICE!! I want a refund or a new WORKING username and password so I can use the service.

      On ********* my streaming service would not load I reached out to the company by email with no response. The next day I called the number on there website which says they are available 24 hours a day, after being on hold for 10 minutes without speaking to a person I hung up. I preceeded to send numerous emails probably 10 asking for help. I called probably 5 times every time without anyone answering! Finally on Thursday I got an email back saying that there main servers crashed and to download the new streaming app so I did. The app downloaded fine but they failed to tell me that my username and password were different! So again I couldn't login so here I am paying for something that I can't login to. Again I called and emailed with no reply I just need my username and password that is all I am asking for!!!
