I have an issue with one of the night desk attendants. He’s been following me around and watching me trying to intimidate me. It’s almost like he wants to push me out and quit the gym. Last night I was doing cardio after my workout and he picks the treadmill right next to me with 12 others open. It doesn’t sound like anything unusual but he followed me out as I was leaving. Meaning he stopped his workout to follow me out. I’ve had issues with him in the past walking around me while I’m working out and watching me. Another occasion he was walking up and down the green when I was on the treadmill doing cardio. I even think he’s been saying negative stuff about me to some of the people I talk to on occasion because of how they now treat me. I have Aspergers and dreams of getting my Pro Card in Classic Physique. This gym is the best in the area and I used to feel comfortable here but now not so much.Review from Jo F

The only reason this place got my business is due to child care and family plan. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went to Max fitness in ***** ******* and it was so gross as if no one even cleans the place. There’s never even any paper towels to wipe down the equipment and the spray they use is literally water. There’s trash everywhere all over the gym and all over the bathrooms. The bathrooms had overflowing trashcans and no toilet paper or paper towels… and idk how the workers think this is even acceptable… I’d be embarrassed to work there. Who is responsible for the upkeep of these gyms!? I went to the ***** one and it was a little cleaner but still no paper towels and the spray doesn’t even smell clean, most of the equipment is broken or so old it’s hard to use, the treadmills feel like your walking on a rocky dirt road. Are y’all really not aware of all these things!? As busy as both places always are, I feel like it should be a better place to work out. I’m ashamed this is where my money is going.

I have also zeroed your dues for April and May, though I understand that does not change the concerns of cleanliness, I am sending this over in hopes we can correct and rectify the conditions of the facilities before you begin to be charged again on June 30th. If you feel the conditions have not improved, please email me at *********************************, and I will allow an early cancellation without a penalty fee, and waiving the 30 day notice if you feel we have not rectified this situation by the end of June. This is a horrible establishment due to lack of integrity and honesty. I don’t understand how an establishment can charge someone for not even attempting to come through for any type of service. I was not informed of the underlining bindings in my contract when I signed when the business party came to my place of work to get me to establish a contract wow, I’m actually trying to help other people. The associate knew I was busy when I had a showroom full of people at my place of work trying to work, and she furthermore press the issue for me to sign up for the binding contract with your establishment. To allow her to leave me alone I went ahead and signed up. Anyway, I gave her my cash app card in order to not fully put a bank account for a quote. “free service.
