I would like to warn all consumers not to hire this business. The owner is Anthony Thomas. Mr. Thomas conducted himself very unprofessionally, was dishonest, extremely poor in communication, damaged my floors and left the job incomplete…all while charging me for 50% of the work. Here is some more detail: Hired on 4/25 and agreement signed on 4/26. Work was to place sheetrock over stippled ceilings in our guest house and replaster and paint them. Initially he was going to hire men to do the work and said it would take 6 days. The agreement was for $2000 down and $2000 upon completion. He said he wouldn’t book the job until I sent him $2k. He came to check on the job on 4/29. The work was supposed to start on Monday, May 1. A week went by and the job had not started. He then assured me he would get it done by May 15th. He then said he was going to come that weekend but then called me with a bunch of excuses about his wife and not being able to get a sitter. He mostly texted but also called. His wife supposedly had a C-Section but low and behold she showed up to do the work with him! He only half completed the main room after being there off and on for two days. He got the sheet rock up and taped but that was it. He got plaster all over the floor and didn’t bother to clean it up. He also damaged my new stainless steel sink. He left about $1k of material and equipment at the house and never called or returned. I had to hire a new contractor who gratefully did an amazing job and also cleaned up Anthony’s mess for me. We also discovered that Anthony sheet rocked over one of our can lights so I have to hire an electrician to fix it. I got a call from an unknown number on 6/6. It was his wife asking if they could come pick up their stuff. My carpenter kindly offered to meet him out in a business parking lot at 9:30 on 6/10. It should also be mentioned that the new ceiling contractor said he did a terrible job. Do not hire this company!
