    (5/24/2021 paid company and 5/25/21 work was done) TNT Maintenance and Management Services,LLC was nice and very insistent when he (Zoe) came for the estimate. I end up selecting him between another company mainly because a fellow HVAC person that I knew recommended him and it was very hot 🥵 in May so I wanted to get it done as fast as possible since I had been without ac for 4 days. After the HVAC 3.0 ton 410-A System was installed and he was paid he rushed to get out of my home without cleaning up the continents that had fallen from my attic, so I had to give him a broom to sweep it up. The air conditioner was working good but I noticed in 1 day that it would be super cool in my back rooms and warm in my front rooms. I called him back and he said he would be back out that Friday. He did not show up and the following weekend was a holiday Memorial Day weekend. So I reached out to him on that following Tuesday and he did not apologize or give me an explanation for not coming out on Friday, he just acted like he didn't say it. He was super rude to me on the phone and stated some things to me that you should never state to a customer. I did get him to come out the next day but when I was trying to confirm a time frame he was coming out he hung the phone up in my face. So I texted him to confirm a time and when he came out the next day with his assistant he was 35 mins earlier in the morning then the time he said he was coming out. He when back out to his truck for a second and I was talking to his assistant trying to explain what was going on and he came back in the house stating we don't have time to be talking I get people paying customers that need to be seen (this was a week after I had paid him thousands of dollars) I told him he would not be rude to me in my own home and I am a child of God, and he stated back to me loudly and rudely .. well child of God I can just go and I am just looking at him like this is not happening. He did end up going up in the attic and saying it was ok and I just needed to adjust my vents like in my hallway bathroom so less air would go in there... but that wasn't the solution. He was just giving me a quick exit explanation. My home is still warmer in my living area and kitchen area. He has not customer service skills and he is a very rude.
