J&J have the best customer service I have ever experienced. My A/C went out one day, and I was able to make an appointment for the next day. The A/C technician was on time as we had scheduled. He got right to business found the issue and made the repairs quickly. I will continue to do business with J&J, the customer service is unbelievably great!!! Where can I start? J&J is literally a one stop shop & they always gets the job done right the first time! With a Real Estate business you never know what issues will arise, but having J&J who’s always readily available makes my job much easier. I had a tenant that was having AC issues- J&J immediately jumped to action and ensured my tenants were taken care of within 2hrs! Anytime I need a home inspection completed for a client, J&J always makes the time to come out when needed and provides a detailed report easy for my clients to understand! I recently needed some work done on a listing for a client, J&J not only completed the items on the list, but also fixed items that a previous inspector missed! - This company is an absolute gem & I will recommend to anyone a million times over! I needed an inspection done rather quickly and J&J was able to accommodate me! This company does amazing and very thorough work for an affordable price. The inspector was very straightforward and extremely professional. Its not everyday that you get great work AND great customer service! j&j property maintenance is by far the best and most professional AC company that I have ever dealt with. Most importantly he is honest and fair with his pricing. My fan motor went out late in the middle of the night and he came out around 11pm to fix my unit without price gouging me I highly recommend this company if you are big on customer service, honesty, and punctuality.J&J Property Maintenance Response

In our current heat crisis it is very difficult finding companies that stand behind their word. I've been very fortunate in finding J&J Property Maintenance who on numerous times have rescued us each every time he has been called ....when he says he will be there you can count on it. My air went out in the middle of the night and he still came out and fixed the problem that night. Where else in Augusta can you find this kind of service.....NOWHERE!!!J&J Property Maintenance Response
