We arrived late at night for check in. We walked in to 3 employees in the office who left us standing there for nearly 10 minutes. E finally got helped and we went to our room. It immediately felt like it hadn’t been cleaned very well and there was no comforters or blankets on the beds or in the closet. We needed to get some sleep so we just laid on the beds and fell asleep. After about a half hour I woke up to use the bathroom and when I turned the light on there was cockroaches EVERYWHERE. They were all over the bathroom, the main living area, and crawling on the side of the beds. I immediately went to the office and was initially told they couldn’t do anything until the next day for a refund. The employee said “sorry” for the cockroach infestation. I returned to my room to find even more cockroaches. I called the customer service line and was told they couldn’t do anything and transferred me to a senior agent. I was on hold for a few minutes and was again told they couldn’t do anything. I went back to the office and complained again. They ended up refunding the room in full. Hopefully this serves as a fair warning to anyone booking a room at this location.
