First, whenever you call this location no one answers the phone. When you leave a message, no one calls you back! This Massage Envy location is a rip-off! I went there to utilize a gift card I received for Mothers' Day. They had no appointments available so the agent said she would text or call me if there was a cancellation the next week. She said they needed my credit card in order to do this, although I told her I had a gift card. I left the credit card information because she assured me it would not be charged. That was 2 weeks ago. This morning I receive a text from Massage Envy asking me to rate the massage I received from Rachel. I have not received a massage from there. I was never texted nor called. Of course, when I tried to call them this morning, no one answered the phone. I will have to drive over one hour to talk to someone in person. Avoid this place like the plague!Review from Ciera R

If I could give negative stars, I would. My husband and I have memberships, but we can NEVER GET A MASSAGE. The employees are nice, but they do not try to resolve any issues. Customer service is awful. They suck you in with the membership because it's cheaper than most places, but you'll never get a service. They give you 1 or 2 dates as an option but nothing else. If you complain they just say they understand and that's it. I asked to cancel our memberships but we can't do that... nor can we get serviced. So we've lost a lot of money.

The client called in and spoke with someone regarding her and her husband's accounts, and that they would like to cancel due to her never being able to book appointments, they are not currently eligible for early cancellation and we went over options with them to which they declined at this time. 11/15/2021 Business Manager Audrey S******* spoke with the client about the issue I was able to resolve it by speaking with her. I got her and her husband booked for some appointments and went over their cancellation options with their account.
