      So from the get go this place has been a nightmare, I have purchased a vehicle from them April **,2022.. was lied to about certain things, then they have messed up my information for the DMV as of today they are waiting until it is convent for them to change it, I am riding around with an illegal tag on my car. I have called and asked for a free oil change or something and they told me NO, this is absurd this is not how you do business nor treat your customers.

Everyone here explained and shared with Mr. ****** what we had done, what we would do, and why. In our estimation, The dealership has honored our commitments to Mr. ****** in every situation he has presented. We are not inclined to accommodate his desired resolution in this instance.

      Brought car in for warranty work w/list, in May 2021. Claimed nothing wrong. Brought back again. They claimed bad head gasket(along with other issues) Pulled engine to replace gasket. Upon return: low water(1/3 gallon) , wiring not attached, still have rattle, insulation hanging, dent in car, brakes feel soft. Next day belt shredded (incorrect install) Brought back. Upon return: low water again, a bolt visually loose(I could see thread and turn with finger. They said it was not needed and removed?) insulation not repaired, grease on interior. Next day, warning lights on dash. Brought back. Intake gasket install incorrectly during repair. When returned: low water again, insulation not repaired, rear ac console broke and dislodged(?), missing engine cover. Car is now back in shop for possible head crack. We have had our car for only a few days in 9 months! They have destroyed the reliability, safety and value of my wife's car. They dented my car, scratched my car, installed belt incorrectly, installed intake gasket incorrectly, installed wiring incorrectly, loose bolts, missing screw, insulation installed incorrectly, missing engine cover, broke ac console, soft brakes, always low on water, still rattles, they greased up my interior and I can't trade in(always in shop) My list is only partially complete. The effect it has had on emotions, vacation plans and our time are difficult to articulate. I have talked with managers and offered a solution. I proposed they buy my used car at premium price(35k) and sell me a new car at their cost. I thought that was fair, but they are refusing. I have received offers from other dealers, but I can't get my car out of their shop reliable enough to trade in. Now 9 months later they are pulling engine again and repeat this process. 😡 I no longer trust the reliability or safety of this car I shouldn't have to wait weeks/month/year for my car to be returned in worse shape. They are either neglecting me or abusing warranty claims. Help!
