    I'm a disabled veteran and I purchased a car from Infiniti. I took my car in for an oil change and somehow parts were replaced and my car never ran the same. I kept telling the mechanic s that but no one listened. Each time I took my car in for an oil change a couple of days later something would go wrong. At first I tried to tell them but I got so intimidated,even after speaking to Mr.Royal, I just sat on my walker. They would just say everything was fine ,(even spoke with the mechanic manager)Deon Every time ,no matter what I said. Well this time, it's taking away from my husband and I. It's hurt my husband the most because my car had to go back. It's gonna be his credit . He had to get me a new car. The payment is higher After saying all this time nothing was wrong! I had to have it towed They wanted me to pay almost 4000 to fix it.... I just cried. I am gonna lose my car because of these people. I had no trouble out of my car for almost 2 years. Then when it need a thermostat I took it to precision. They took all of it off radiator and all. My car has never ran right again and it's in my file I was unhappy. It voided the warranty with precision. Since then it's been nothing but trouble, car trouble. I'm so distraught I don't even want to look at a car lot I have nightmares about this. It's not right for somebody to take advantage of you and think that it's okay and can get away with tearing up your car and you having to buy another car and lose out on all of that money and be in debt . It's not ok. We'll probably end up paying for both cars even though we'll let one go back it's 1300 a month that we cannot afford and that's not counting rent insurance lights water food medication and we now have to give out an additional $800 that's unnecessary it's not fair. I'm just out here trying to make an honest living and don't have a lot of money
