We paid for an above ground pool and installation. $7000. The pool is great, but the installation destroyed our yard. We'll get stuck the next time it rains. This company is very unprofessional. The owner does the work, but left trash in our yard, the job half finished until we complained, and our yard thick with extra sand and dirt. This is not a $7000 job. His idea of done was the pump leaking and not mounted, screws in the skimmer, and mounds of dirt along the back side of the pool. When trying to resolve the issue we were met with excuses and straight up "do not care" attitude. Please keep shopping and take your money elsewhere.

I'm so glad for the opportunity to respond to this. This is why small businesses have so much trouble surviving. People who tell lies and cannot be pleased. We accidentally left one container on the job that fell off a trailer. We returned to pick it up. In our store, we told you we would use heavy equipment. We have it in our contract that we do not do landscaping and we will leave all extra dirt on-site. When we got to the job, you asked us to remove thousands of pounds of concrete- at no extra cost to you- which we did. We did not leave the job half done, there are parts of the job that cannot be done until the water is filled up to a certain point, unless you want your liner to rip. We came back and HAND RAKED your yard in an attempt to satisfy you. Then, once your credit card declined, suddenly you aren't happy unless you get a discount. You literally sent a text saying if you didn't get $500 off you were going to write a bad review. I'm sorry, we did everything and more that we could do. Sometimes, people are just having a hard time and want to take it out on someone else. It's a shame we became the target.
