I sincerely wish I could leave zero starts but this is fair warning to anyone wanting to do business. I was supposed to have my lease renewed at the end of July and every time I have asked the answer I receive is that they are still putting the leases together. I rent the lot the trailer park but the normal thing that is done is that you buy the trailer and apply to rent the lot. I was left without power for 2.5 months du to an issues the the supply to my trailer so I had no way of fixing it myself best the pole isn't my property. It was an awful time and my mental health has not been the same since I was left homeless and brought up trauma from my past. I was only credited for 1 month's rent as well. I had an issue with my refrigerator needing to be replaced and when I asked for an extension of rent I couldn't get an answer. It was absolutely dishonorable on their part. I even had to pay for consult with a lawyer and they suggested I leave as soon as possible. I still have trouble trying to get in touch with someone and was told to not email the owner again. I'm left without options and had to burn through my savings. My hope is that someone sees this and decided not to do business. They treated my situation without urgency and do not take care of the residents and only care about money. I get that's their main objective but it's not good practice. There are many more stories from just my park.
