  I called my HVAC to check my air conditioner when they came out, they found there was a leak when the technician went to do a nitrogen test to find the leak he asked me had I gotten a new roof I told him yes and he told me that’s what the problem was that when I had the roof put on, they put a nail straight through my air conditioning line. I called truth roofing company and told them the problem, and they tried to say that it was not their fault that in the warranty they are not responsible, but it mentions nothing about an air conditioning line. The HVAC tech can explain it much better and that is through a company called ******** ******* ********. If you need to have it explained, but they said the company truth roofing is responsible for the damage at most roofing companies fix the problem of this nature or so I was supposed to receive a call from ***** the guy who I originally spoke with when I set up an appointment for the roof and he never called. I’ve emailed him I’ve called back. I still don’t get a response , so they are avoiding me and the damage is at least $2000 or more. If you need to have it explained better please speak with **** at ******** ******* ******** here in Augusta Georgia.

  Thank you for the opportunity to address the complaint made by *** ********* *****.  Stated in our estimate, signed by the customer, it is the responsibility of the homeowner to check the attic for plumbing, electrical and other utility lines that were incorrectly installed directly under the roof sheathing - which is against building codes in ******** ******, GA.  Attached is a copy of the estimate signed by Ms. ***** stating such.  We request that this complaint be removed from our BBB account.  Thank you for your time and consideration into this matter.

  I am rejecting this response because:
  No one went over the areas of the HVAC line, no permits, were used in which I was told should have been done, and how would I have damage was done to an AC in the middle of winter , didn’t need to use the air conditioner.
