On **** **** 2022 I stopped in to rent a unit with the move in date of **** ***** He showed me a unit 10 x 10 on the second floor and said it was $79 a month and if I paid for 2 months I would get 2 months free. He said but if I put you in on the 3rd floor I can give you better discounts. *o I said let's do it. He didn't tell me the new discount but it had to be less than $79 right? I was ready to pay for the 2 months that day but he said I do that the day of move in, I just had to pay a $25 deposit to hold it so I did. I get there *unday and she said it would be $260 for 2 months. I told her what I was quoted but she was very rude, she said he was fired and she can't change the price. I asked to speak to a manager or for her to call a manager and she said there isn't one. I asked for tge corporate phone number and she said there is no corporate office so I asked about the manager again and she said there isn't one. *he suggested I come back another day, I said no, I have trucks loaded with my***** *he said don't cuss me out. I said I didn't cuss you out, I apologize gor saying the * word. *he started doing something on the computer, no talking or anything so I asked now what, she said leave. I told her no, I reserved a unit, I want to pay for it so I can unload, it took about 15 min. Back and forth before she did her job. *he was rude from the beginning and made this a very unpleasant experience. I was only able to pay for 1 month because I didn't budget $300 so not only did she************* of the $79 deal I also lost the 2 free months. We went up to the 3rd floor (she couldn't bother to show me the unit) but we had to go all the way back down so she could remove her lock. I have never been treated so poorly, I will not recommend this storage facility to anybody. Going some place else was not an option as it was a *unday and they are all closed.
