DO NOT USE.. WARN YOUR FRIENDS I found this company for my dad after he had a recent surgery to help with the pool. The wife/owner was super nice. But the servic is horrible and the owner, Daniel's, response to issues is even worse. Apparently it is "nitpicking" according to the Daniel when it is asked that the skimmer baskets be replaced into the skimmer, chlorine be added each visit (was not done at least 3 times), the deck is blown off, the polaris is emptied before it gets to the point it can't roll (which happened), and they stop breaking skimmer baskets (3 handles broken off because the girl refused to turn off the pump before trying to emit the dinner). All of the tasks listed above, besides breaking the baskets, are part of the service paid for each week. Daniel says they are "doing their best"... If that's the case I'd hate to see a bad day. Seems Daniel responds to alot of reviews saying he's never done business with this person, well true not with me, but my dad and I've got the emails where Daniel canceled the service because apparently doing the job correctly is too much of a hassle for him.
