We bought a car from them 4 months ago when first saw the car when roof was had bad rust spots they were supposed to have fixed but all they did was spray this car with black spray paint now the rust spots are back. The transmission is skipping a gear. The whole car shakes at a certain speed. I am really scared to drive this car when I get off at night I am scared am going to break down and its not safe for me. This causes me to stress out which is not good because I have had two major heart attacks. ********* * **** ** **** * ***** *******Business response

I recently purchased a 2018 ***** ******* on ******** since buying the vehicle I’ve had several issues having to take it back and forth to the repair shop. It is now ****** and I’m still having issues with the vehicle at the moment the brakes and engine light is on my car is skipping and for me to had put 2800 down on this vehicle this is really a situation I can’t let go I have * kids and can’t afford any money loss nor to be car less . I have all Receipts of everything that has been done to the car since buying it and it’s only been 3 months of having this car I should not be experiencing all of these problemsBusiness response

We have been in contact with Ms* ****** and resolved her issues. We traded her out of the vehicle she was having trouble with and put her into another vehicle. When she left here, she said she was completely satisfied. We feel this should resolve her issue.Customer response
