    Unprofessional and dishonest. We had him install a water heater on our 19th floor condo. Informed by building manager that there was a water leak that reached three floors down. When I talked to the plumber he didn't even mention it even though he was contacted by the building manager about the leak. I asked to get verified by his insurer to confirm coverage. He will not even allow me to verify the coverage by his insurance. Beware of working with this plumber.

    I usually don't address clowns like this. ***** ****** is a fraud. He has not paid me and had no intentions of paying me from the start. First of all he had his tenant **** ***** call me acting as the owner. He asked me to install a used water heater and I informed him that we do not install used water heaters. Then he asked if I billed out 30 days. I said no only COD. After the water heater was installed ****(tenant) informed me that I should contact ***** to get payment. I called ***** and he told me he'd leave a check at the front desk at 1:00pm. He called me back and left a stuttering and lying voice mail and said it would be at 5 or 6. Then he called me and said he would not pay me until I added him as an additional insured. I told him that I wouldn't, because now I'm thinking he may be trying to make a fraudulent claim. because his unit is old, outdated, and needs refreshing. If he wanted a copy, he should have asked before I started working and not when it's time to pay. Anyway the building manager at the Mayfair Tower already has a copy of my insurance on file and added as an additional insured. The build manager has informed me that no damage has been done too any adjacent units including Nuguyen unit. And no claims has been filed against my policy. So how can I be dishonest when I paid for the water heater and installed it, ****** have refused to pay me for my parts or labor. ****** is the dishonest thief and he is attempting to steal from me. Anyone can check my record. I have been licensed for over 22 years and contracting for over 15 years. This is all I have to say and I have plenty of people to vouch for my work ethic and character. I know he will Likely keep going back and forth trying to disparage my name, but this is all I have to say. I have work to do

    I would not have taken the time to write a review and document Mr. ******* work if he didn't warrant it. I do not want other people to suffer at the hands of his unprofessionalism and dishonesty. The Building Manger and the Building Engineer as well as another plumbing company all confirmed the leak and shoddy workmanship. Mr. ***** is only interested in getting paid and does not care about his customers. I will pay for the work that Mr. ***** did but I want to warn others that they are dealing with someone who is only looking out for himself and not his clients.

    ***** should spend more time minding his business instead of trying to sabotage mine. If there was a leak who repaired it? The building manager did not state to me anything negative comments about our workmanship, but he did tell me to come by and pick up a check from ***** at the front desk after I threatened to place mechanics lien on the building. ***** left a check for me to pick up At the front desk from a property management company (Lajolla properties) , but his tenant **** called to schedule a repair that he is trying not to pay for. If you have a property management company why are your tenants scheduling repairs for a property management company. And on top of that your invoice total is $1635.81. The check that I picked up two weeks passed due was for $1446.81. A difference of $189.00 which I will recover from ***** ******. Who is being dishonest? I have been licensed since 2000 and never been under review-or suspension. I have never been sued or had a loss claim. Now I have sued several people like ***** ****** who receive work and not want to pay. But I will get a fair days pay for a fair days work. I'm sure this isn't the first time ***** has tried to run this scheme, but it want work. And we will collect the remaining balance of this invoice for the requested additional work after the water heater was installed. The master bath shower was running continuously and the lavatory drain was clogged. I unclogged the drain and repaired the leaking tub/shower valve. **** told me over the phone that both repairs were working as they should, but ***** didn't include payment for these add on repairs. Why not *****? Trying to get something for free, but when you can't shift the blame and play the victim.

    I had to hire another plumber to find the leak since Mr Hixon refused to repair it. This plumber said he would not touch it because the job done by Mr Hixon was so shoddy that he didn't want to be held liable. The cost of the inspection was $189 which I deducted from Mr. Hixon. Mr Hixon continues to harass me even though he did not repair the leak and did not lift a finger to help out with the leak that threatened the units below. There's still a problem with the tub spout not redirecting water to the shower head. Hopefully no one else will suffer like we did with this unprofessional and poor customer service from this plumber, Mr Sanders Hixon.

    I usually wouldn't entertain this type of foolishness, but I will always defend my name that I have worked so hard to build up. Every lie you've told has been debunked. And no magistrate judge is going to buy your story. But if you want to drag it out until you have the remaining balance go ahead, but I will pursue what is owed and I will seek legal action for what is owed and for assaulting my character. Its all about principle from this point on. For you information Bruce I didn't touch the shower diverter. When I spoke to Seth Brown on the phone, he stated everything that I worked on was working great with no issues. So someone is not being honest. The work order was for a water heater replacement. but after that was agreed on, your tenant Seth Brown started adding other issues since the unit had been poorly maintained. This little so called inspector plumber is none other than yourself. I'd hope if you paid someone $189.00 you'd get something in return than a piece of paper. That is what city permits are for, which you refused. The cost that I agreed on was my cost, so it is not your option too deduct anything from the agreed upon cost. I The very next lie or attempt to assinate my character will be addressed.
