Worst hospital ever!!! Dont go here unless you want to die! My sister got surgery on 12/19/23 , they released her and didnt give her any instructions on how to take care of her shoulder that she had surgery on for 6 hours . Sent her home with no pain medication, gave her a pain block and her body didnt take . She couldnt move her arm and they didnt even help her put her cloths on, sent her home in a gown !!!!! She is now back at Wellstar ********** Hospital, getting the proper care she needed !!! This is beyond ridiculous! I highly recommend looking into WellStar Paulding or ******** before putting your life at risk at **** Wellstar ! If I could give 0 stars I would !!!Initial Complaint

I am not liable for this debt with WellStar Hospital and I do not have a contract with medical data systems. They did not provide me with the original application like I asked.Initial Complaint

On 5/20/2022 7:30 AM CT Lung Cancer Screening Baseline (PC/Ins). The results are in my chart. I was the scheduled for a ct-guided biopsy on 6/22. This was aborted due to my heart rate dropping to 44. They were aware of the heart issue and should have had me see the cardiologist before this procedure. Went to ***************** and had a stress test. They decided to go back and do the biopsy. It was scheduled for July 18. I arrived at 8:30AM and was placed in a room to prep for the procedure. I waited some time and finally was taken back to get it started. Everything seemed to be going very well. I was aware of everything going on and could feel the needle. Not sure how long this took but, according to the report, all went well and. according to the doctor's report, "A single solid piece of tissue was obtained. The specimen was sent to the lab for pathology review. The next day I got a notice of a new message in my chart. a ****************. "No tissue was present within the specimen container. The formalin was filtered and there was no diagnostic tissue." How is this possible? My major problem with this is there has been no contact form any of the people involved. If I had not seen this in My Chart WellStar, I would never have known it. Needless to say, I am not happy with this process and expect a full explanation. The first time I prepaid $545.39 on June 15. I then paid another $150 on July 17. To date I have not got anything for my money, and I am sure my insurance company has been billed also.Initial Complaint

I have been placed in collections for a **** which according to GA ******** I dont owe anything. Per the most recent statement the balance was $40,198 and ******** Peachstate covered $39,739.69 . ******** states I am not responsible for the balance of $457.00 I am now in collections and nobody is helping with removing this ****.Initial Complaint

On May 9, 2022, I scheduled a mammogram for June 16, 2022. I reconfirmed the appointment on May 31, 2022. When I arrived on June 16, 2022, I was told 3 different things regarding my appointment. 1) There was no appointment scheduled for me; 2) Someone named ******* cancelled the appointment, and 3) The system canceled the appointment. I called on June 16 to make a complaint and was unable to reach a supervisor. I called later in the day on June 16 and was given the voicemail of a Scheduling Supervisor and left a message asking for a return call. As of today, June 21, 2022, no one has called me. When I try to call the complaint line, it does not allow me to leave a message.
