TruGreen has been treating our lawn for 6 years now. They frequently do not show up when they say that they are going to, or will say that they have been by, but have never shown up. At the beginning of Spring this year, they treated the lawn in front of the house and completely killed all of the ******* sod grass that had been a well established lawn for close to 20 years. We have been back and forth with the company every single month since then multiple times, and they continue to put us off and not make it right. They keep promising a call from management that never comes. They said that they would perform a soil test, and they never did. They did come out and aerate and seed back in June, and even though we followed all of their instructions concerning watering, not a single blade of grass sprouted. Our current yard thanks to their treatment is nothing but dirt and weeds. I contacted them again this week asking for a resolution, and was told once again that a manager had looked at the account and would be sending someone out to aerate and seed once again. I explained to them that this has already been done, and that I think their initial treatment at the start of Spring this year has damaged the soil and that they need to completely replace our sod. They continue to ignore the request and ignore the situation. They need to be held accountable.
