When I called this company fir an appointment, I did tell them I needed A Licensed Journey or Master Plumber to give estimate for a repipe repair job by **************** I explained there were several giolarions and the job did not pass inspection.I told the person I beeded someone licensed by the state and familiar with codes. I asked that if she couldn't give an appointment with a licensed journey or master plumber, I would move on. She assured me the person who she scheduled, would be licensed journeyman. The appointment was scheduled for Jan.17,2023after informing me of $65 Fee .On Jan.17th, ************************* came and rhe first thing I did was ask if he were a licensed journeyman and he said yes. He proceeded to inspect and asked for payment of $65.00 which i paid with a credit card. He stated he would email the estimate.Having waited a couple of days and not receiving estimate, I emailed him. I asked that he send some license verification as I couldn't find it on the Secretary of State License verification site. There was no license under his name. I called the credit card company and told them this company acted fraudulently. Even though I specifically asked a licensed journeyman or master plumber, they knowingly sent out someone who did not quality as per my request just to get a fee. The credit card rep stated I should send an email to the company; not just the estimator they sent. I did as she suggested and that's when they sent a quick estimate listing some of the repairs without any mention of ******'s license verification . My last wmail asked thatcthey refund my payment if they could not verify his license as a Licensed journeyman. I was told someone would call back and there has been no response. We apologize and will be refunding the money and offering a gift card. We employee many licensed plumbers and should have sent one out.Initial Complaint

Company sets its own appointment windows then does not show or call. I have had to take off two days of work to try to meet with this company. They set their own time frame and cannot abide by it. I'm at a loss now for wages and time, yet I still have the issue I had before. This company is extremely unprofessional.Business response

This person is a Tenant of an apartment complex. The apartment complex is the one who called us to have a repair done.
We have the apartment complex a timeframe of when we would be out to make the repair. We called the complex multiple times with no answer.
We also called the tenant (*********************) with no answer.
It is our business practice to give customers a window of timeframe for when we will be at the job. This tenant did not answer his phone nor did the staff at the apartment complex.
I have attached proof of us trying to reach the tenant on June18th in his appointment arrival window.

I am rejecting this response because:
This response is a flat out lie. First of all, I don't live in an apartment. This is further proof that your tech never showed up to my HOUSE. Second, you were called, you set your own time window and it was confirmed on both days by me the tenant and by the leasing company. I had to take two days off from work to wait on you in YOUR time window and you still didn't show. Extremely unprofessional. Then after leaving me unprepared the first day, you de prioritized me the second day and flat out decided not to show. I did everything I was supposed to do. Took off work, waited during your 4 hour time window then another 4 hours after because I was told you were on your way. All lies.

I am rejecting this response because: your response is invalid. I didn't spend any money with you because I couldn't! Whether i own the home or not is irrelevant. I was the customer and you never even showed to do the job. Your techs repeatedly scheduled and then didn't show. If I had waited on you to get it together me and my animals would have died due to heat stroke months ago. Your business is a joke and I hope you fail miserably because you don't care about your client!
