I would like for ya'll to help me get my Gap Protection Refund from ******* in ******* **. I have been getting run around with these people's since last year and several weeks ago, still no check. I filled out a letter that ******************************* sent me through my email to cancel the Gap Protection. I emailed it back to her. She emailed it to the Gap Administrator back in November 20, 2023. I reached out to the Gap Administrator talk to someone and they were giving me the run around to. So finally Gap Administrator told me I need to go through ******* for my Gap Protection since I bought the car through them. And I did. I tried to reach out to ******************************* a few times, I finally got in touch with her. She was telling me that her manager name **** would send the check to me about a few days. Didn't receive anything in mail. So I visited ******************************* and asked her when will I receive my check so she said she was going to reach out to your manager ****, to see if he mailed it out and that she would send me a email about the tracking number and other information, didn't get no response. I call ****************** we talked about two weeks ago, and that's when she told me that her manager needed the payoff letter, so I contacted ****** to send me a copy, it took weeks before I got it. So I got it and emailed it to *****************, I called her and texted her no response. The next day I called again she answered, I told her that I emailed the payoff letter to her and texted her that I sent it to her. She said she will emailed it to her manager **** so he can sign it and cut me the check that was last week. I call her a few times no answer on last Friday I called didn't answer, so she texted me and said she would call me back and said she couldn't talk. She didn't response back. All I want is my refund??
