            This business has deceived my 71 year old father. They were supposed to repair his ***** *** truck on 4 different occasions. He was charged a total of $2976.10 dollars for new parts that they diagnosed that they told him was needed to repair his truck. For example they added a new water pump, clutch fan, thermostat, antifreeze twice, and a core heater. He was told that these were the new parts needed to repair the truck to fix the problem it was having because it was overheating. He has taken his truck back and forth on 4 different occasions. To make a long story short, the issue of the truck still exists because it’s still overheating. This is just unacceptable and my father shouldn’t have not been charged for items that did not repair the vehicle. Now my father is taking it to a dealership because he feels like he has been swindled out of his money when the problem with his truck still hasn’t been corrected. This business is a sham when it comes to my 71 year old veteran dad. This is just unacceptable and something should be done about this business ripping off elderly customers.
