            I went to get two tires and shocks put on the back because it was squeaking. Picked up the car and it was still squeaking and sounded like the rear end was falling apart. Took it back and they told me to bring it back in the next morning. I went to the store and the rear wheels locked and the car would not move. Took it back once I got the car to move and they said it was a bolt that didn’t have a nut on it and showed me a bolt from the drum that was in 3 pieces saying that was the problem and it was in the brake caliper which stopped the wheel from moving in which I think was not the truth. At this point I am very dissatisfied with the service and would like a full refund. I feel like they should take full responsibility for their actions because it was a big mistake on their part. I don’t even feel safe driving the car anymore because of the experience after picking it up from there, so I have been driving my boyfriend’s truck.

            Jeff Lynn at Delta tire pros was misleading and informed Me of false information! Service was not fulfill and I was charged for service that was not align with their false advertisement
