**** on May 13th you called us asking us a price for and to install a *********** control valve, the same day the *** called you back and advised you of the price you declined to book, on May 24th we got a work order from ***** we booked you for May 29th on may 28th we called you 2 times to confirm the scheduled date which you never called back to confirm the appointment. The day of the appointment we had 2 techs in route to your home, but when we called the HomeDepot store closest to your home they had no 75 gallon tanks in stock so we tried the next closest same result. We spoke to a Rheem supervisor who advised us that it was a special order item for HomeDepot. So we called and rescheduled you the same day till Friday May 31st so we could source the water heater from a supplier. Normally we wouldnt do this as we then have to deal with HomeDepot about returning a water heater that the customer bought not us, but we did since you had issues from the first company and we had to reschedule while looking for the water heater.
Today May 31st we pickup the water heater and in route to your home and you send us a text canceling the install. We called and texted you back trying to see if you need to reschedule or completely cancel no response. So we called ***** to let them know and they tell us that you hired someone else yesterday and canceled the work order. We hope you find a plumber that can fit your families needs.
