    I used to be an employee at this business and I have not received my W-2 for 2022 and it is now 2/22/23. I have been contacting them weekly since January 31st, but have received no information other than we are working on it. I have been told in writing that this is due to negligence on the part of the owner and the payroll manager. They were called by the payroll company certipay continuously, but just did not answer the phone calls. Photo attached is dated 2/16/23

    To whom it may concern,

    Original Plumber changed ownership in April 2022. The business that supposed to issue W2s (CertiPay) for the initial entity failed to issue W2s to employees for ****Apr 2022 in a timely manner. The second provider (ADP) issued W2s on time. We first engaged ******** on the issue on Feb 10th when the issue was brought up to us by the former employees, however, ******** did not resolve the issue until March 6th. Despite the unfortunate delay, the employees did receive W2s more than a month prior to taxes being due.
