My Trash can was removed today without any type of communication. I paid $41 on September after being told I had a 50% credit. Today Im being told it was 50 cents. I gave birth to my twins and had been in the hospital. Im being told my trash can will not be delivered until I pay $41 which is unbelievable. Ive been with you all for 4 years. I would have appreciated being informed you all were going to take my trash can. This doesnt make any sense Ive been putting my trash out every Monday morning and its been emptied. I had no idea. Why would you just close my account with no notification? I tried to call to get this resolved and your representative and manager were rude and not helpful. The manager tells me Ive been on stop service since September? How is that possible and Ive been receiving service ever since. She tells me Ive been given a courtesy? I paid for three months of service on 2/16. I paid for march, April and May. I cancelled my service mid-April and was told they dont give refunds during an active quarter. Maybe Im crazy but they will always be in an active quarter. I just want a partial refund.Business Response

They were supposed to start pick up on April 4,2024 and never came. Had to wait next morning to call for the 4th time after I called on the 4th 3 times to make sure they were picking up. Never showed up. Check ****** reviews. Was told rest assured it wouldnt happen again. Did the same c*** today April 11,2024 and never picked up the trash. They need to pick up the trash and can and not charge me $75 to get the can and refund my $60 for non service. WORST trash company I ever dealt with.Business Response

02/27/24 I have mobility issues. I have called numerous times about my trash can being left on the street and being left in my grass. In the past, my can was put back next to my driveway where I was instructed to put it. In the past months the can is not being returned to the same spot. The representative has left tickets on my account for the driver to follow, even escalated a ticket to have driver take a photo of where can is being left. And the driver will still not comply. If I were to fall and injure myself, then what? Im not asking for anyone to go above and beyond for me. I just want this driver to do his job, this trash service is not free and he is not doing me a favor. The fee has increased every year and my service has declined. The drivers door is parallel to where my trash can sits so when he returns from putting trash in dumpster he could simply put my can back where it belongs and get back in the truck. But he refuses to do it. What kind of company lets an employees dictate the rules they will and will not follow. The supervisor I spoke to assured me that the notes were added to my account and previous tickets sent to drivers manager. I can not believe this behavior is not being addressed.! Im not sure what else I can do, maybe I need to contact a news station.Business Response

Im paying this company $189 every three months to come pick up my trash their times that they just completely skip over and do not pick up the trash. I currently have them on video just taking one trashcan and refusing to take the other this is becoming a reoccurring problem, so we will be leaving this company to go to a better company that will at least take pride and doing their jobs.Business Response

I just started with Cycle Works Sanitation a few months ago when I moved and there have been several times they have not picked up the garbage. Sometimes I call, sometimes I don't even bother. They were supposed to pick up my garbage Tuesday August 15th, and they did not AGAIN. I was out of town so I didn't find out until yesterday. This is insane because I literally called the week before to complain about how frequently my trash is not picked up on Tuesdays. The lady even said she would put out an office alert about how frequently this has been happening and that it would be resolved. Yet once again my trash is picked up and I will have to have a backlog of trash waiting for another week yet again. This is ridiculous! How do you only pick up the trash half the time??My desired settlement is for my trash to be picked up every Tuesday as the company says they will. It is false advertising at this point because they advertise to deliver a service and continuously do not provide service.Business Response

I called up because they missed my residence this week and when I was trying to talk to the person. The lady was trying to make up excuses ***** didn't pick up my trash ask me a lot of ridiculous questions and when I tried to explain. To what everything's the way it's always been? I was a longtime customer of Cycleworks Sanitation who contacted the company regarding them raising rates. They told me the only option I had lower my bill was to write a fake ****** review promoting the company and posting it. I was then supposed to wait a few days and then screenshot a picture of it and send it to them and if they decided it was a good enough review, they would give me a onetime $20 credit. I told them I thought that was unethical and that I would like to cancel service at the end of my paid term. The representative put me on hold for five minutes and returned to tell me that my account was cancelled, and they would be picking up my trash can on 4/9/2023. I told them I had paid for service until the end of April and that if they were going to cancel me immediately then I needed a refund. They told me their bill indicates no refunds and I told them that this was fine, but I have paid for a service for the rest of the month, and I expect service continue. I asked to speak with a manager and the representative refused to do this. I told her that what she was trying to do was illegal and she said that it was not. I told her I was going to report the company to the BBB and she indicated that this did not concern the company. The company came by and picked up my trash can on the 2nd week of April. I feel this company needs to be held accountable for soliciting fake reviews for discounts and also feel I should receive a refund for the two weeks of service I paid for but did not receive. We simply state that if you have anything nice to say about our company that you can do a review to submit a discount on your account. This is something we're offering, especially with pricing going as high as it is we understand that the market is completely changed but in order for ** to stay afloat, we have to increase sanitation rates to be visible once a math is done with a quarterly bill and divided between a weekly pick up weekly pick *** are about $10 a week. Cycle Works Sanitation Company was paid 3/months in advance for service to pick-up trach for address; *********************************************************************, paid on January 13, 2023, $90.72, receipt #******. Monday 02/20/2023, Trash was missed and a holiday...the agreement on holiday is next-day service. Om Tuesday, 21, 2023, failed to pick-up trash and consecutive days thereafter. Monday 02/27, 2023, trash was at curbside before scheduled time and drivers passed by pick-up as next-door neighbor caution to them to do so...***********************, watched the driver passed by, ran outside and yelled at the driver to pick-up trash and the driver yelled bac "We'll be back and gave me the middle finger." Contacted the service department refused to return entire service money of $90.72 -account. Explained to her reporting to ********** of ******* due to Collective Harassment by ********* and Law Enforcement. However, I have a service agreement with Cycle works and paid in advance for professional services.Business Response

I have had multiple issues in the past 6 months of not getting my trash picked up. Two weeks ago I had to go two weeks because of excuses EVERYDAY when I called. I have had their service for over 2 years and the last 6 months HAVE BEEN THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE! I pay over $80.00 quarterly and this is how I am thanked!!!! Yesterday AGAIN THEY DID NOT PICKUP!! I want a refund for each of my original missed pickup. You contracted with me to pickup my trash EVERY MONDAY if I pay my bill.
