Flickering lights that were never fixed. She ignores all medical problems you may have that are affected by living situations. (Neighbor suffers from seizures and the lights were affecting her. She had to keep her lights off.) Missing address numbers on the front of the building. (This caused police and ambulances to miss the house during emergencies.) Pipes are so dirty that black slime seeps from the faucets. (I have pictures.) Red flakes came out the tub faucet. (Not sure what that was. She refused to look at anything plumbing related.) Parking is HORRENDOUS. (Parking lot is on a hill. This will scrape your bumper to h*** It even took half of mine off once because there was a ledge I couldn't see in the dark while I was backing up. I have pictures of this too.) She also tells her tenants different things. For example, I was told the pet deposit was $500 (or $250 with $25 added to rent) but another neighbor was told $600.
