She filed taxes on the wrong company, refused to correct the issues, and then wanted me to pay $700 for her mistake. Her lack of communication, partnership, and unprofessional behavior are beyond unacceptable. I would NEVER recommend this level of incompetence.Review from Frank J

Messed up my companys books tremendously and then charged us thousands without ever answering the questions (repeatedly) about what the massive increase in billing was. I agree with the previous poster that there is likely some major underlying issue with the owner. You can find more competence at the drive-thru window of your local ********** Run from this company as fast as you can.Review from Cameron R

The fact that both the owner and my former tax accountant have openly confessed to using painkillers is deeply concerning. While ****** initially displayed exceptional competence, I am now convinced that her addiction has significantly compromised her professional performance. As a result, I no longer have faith in ******'s ability to handle my financial matters.Review from Michael S

My wife and I just moved to ** from AZ. We were referred to MCP & Associates to do our federal and state taxes. ****** did a remarkable job, and she was timely too. We thought that we would be owing some taxes and after she meticulously when through our paperwork, she was able to determine that we would be receiving a return. Both my wife and I felt very comfortable with her doing our taxes so much we turned over an IRS letter for her to deal with concerning a 2019 filing which she believes our previous tax preparers incorrectly calculated.All in all, we are very pleased with MCP & Associates.Review from Devoria H

For years, I had my taxes completed by other tax preparers, and they would always charge me so much just to complete it within ***** minutes.I was so frustrated that I asked a friend for a recommendation, and she recommended MCP & Associates. That was 5-years ago. I can't tell you how happy I have been with this organization, and the wonderful CPA, Ms. ***** She is very accurate, and leaves no stone unturned. So, if you're looking for an honest, accurate, and proficient CPA, MCP & Associates is the one you will want to turn to.
