We signed our children up for sports camp but this camp barely does sports. They have minimal outside activities. They are constantly charging extra for activities. The kids are inside of an office building watching television for a good portion of the day. I was told by coach ********* that they barely watch television but once I talked to the lead coach ************ was told That they watch tv at pick Up, lunch, snacks and for an hour at the end of the day. There is no outdoor play area they have to leave the facility. I did not sign up for my kids to watch television. I specifically told them that my children are acting and needed to stay moving. The final straw was racially motivated speech by another camp goer and water being thrown on my other son . They are also doing business As winder martial arts. Im asking for a full refund.Initial Complaint

Level up youth sports summer camp engages in false advertising. I signed my two children up for the level of youth sports camp. I am disabled and cant drive. So I enrolled my children because my neighborss kids were going as well. My neighbor and myself are new to the area and were searching for a program for the summer. To my surprise, my kids told me the very first day that day they didnt want to go back. The second day of summer camp, my husband and I went personally to drop the kids off. And to my surprise, the summer camp is in a office park. There is no playground and outdoor space. I assume since level up touts teaching kids multiple sports they would have the necessary facilities to do so. My children said they stayed inside all day. This is not what I pay for. I didnt pay for them to watch movies they dont like I paid for them to learn various outdoor sports, and to make friends. The price is not cheap. In order for you to not be committed to the entire summer and the weekly price is $217 per child. It is to be paid in advance the week prior. Because I signed my children up the week of my card was charge four payments of $217. I was fine with this because I thought my children were going to a sports camp not a babysitter. The parents have to pay extra for every event they have. They do a pizza party once a week and they charge $8 dollars per child for two slices of pizza. The end the center has a bouncy house and snow cones at Friday and that cost $18 per child. Parents must pack two snacks and lunch. Plus, you must purchase T-shirts for each child to goes on field trips that you have to pay for. And they have like a concession stand that you can buy Popsicles at. They are nickeling and diming the parents for everything. For $217, you basically get a babysitter because every worthwhile activity cost additional money. I work for the government so asked for their tax ID and license to keep children to receive subsidy; they never provided me with it.
