I accessed the site one time in January 2023. They billed me $11.99 monthly for over a year, until I noticed. They never sent me anything after I accessed the site, such as a monthly invoice. I was able to get 2 months credited via my credit card company. The remainder of the months was not credited, as I used the wrong code. Fast Transcripts said that they would not refund any of the they charges, even when you can clearly see that I did not use the product. I am requesting refund for the following monthly charges:2/2023, 3/2023, 4/2023, 5/2023, 6/2023, 7/2023, 8/2023, 9/2023, 1/2024, 3/2024 I do not have the statements because I cancelled my credit card, and got a new one, and now I do not see this old card on the website.Initial Complaint

****************** will not respond to help requests. They are repeatedly erasing information as well as other technical glitches making it imossible to get a transcript. They are not providing the service that I paid for, which was to get a transcript for my daughter.Thank you!Initial Complaint

After receiving the services needed and paid, we thanked them and cancelled our subscription via email. We have since repeatedly received emails saying they are continuing to try to charge my card. I cancel. They confirm. A new email comes later saying its having trouble charging me. Over and over I cancel and they email me to update my card. I just want them to cancel my subscription like I have asked repeatedly and stop trying to get more money from us. But until today when I chose harsher words they ignored me entirely via several emails. How silly when common communication and kindness could have solved this problem day one. Please cancel my subscription.Business response

I subscribed to a transcript service with this company on 8/1/23. It was $14.99 a month to provide a transcript for our homeschooled son. After paying the fee, I had to use the email sent to me to have the transcript sent to the school we request. This email redirected me to another website that wanted another $19.40 to email the transcript. No where does it state that additional fees would be charged. They claimed that the monthly fee was for transcript service to any school. When I tried to reach out them less than 10 minutes after being charged to cancel my subscription and refund me, they refused.
