Purchased a Scagg Mower on 5/14/2022. Arranged for a uShip transporter to pick up equipment from the auction company. PBF Auto Transport@ gmail.com -Contact person ***********************. ************. Without our knowledge Southeastern Auction Company allowed a 3rd party transporter- that we did not authorize- to pick up our mower. The seller did not contact us - or clear the change of direction with us. We did not hear from owner ************************* until after problems started. Our bank deemed this as a fraudulent transaction and reversed the charge. ****** is unwilling to accept any accountability for his actions or this transaction. His comment was - once your mower leaves my business its your responsibility. No comment on releasing our equipment to a Towing Company that we dud not authorize. He has blocked our bidding account - which has 100% perfect rating for our business - deeming us a non- pay. ****** Towing - a business owner who is a friend of Justins still has the mower and is stating he will ONLY accept cash- $600. No wire transfer- no check- no money order. Southeastern Auction Company *** needs to be investigated for a fraud triangle. We have bought over 100 mowers in the last year and have never dealt with such unethical business protocols.

*********************** purchased a scag zero turn lawn mower lot #*** through an online bidding platform that we use called EquipmentFacts.com (Sandhills.com). Mower was paid for via credit card through our online payment portal. Emails were exchanged regarding tax exemption. We did not and do not coordinate any transportation for any buyers. ******** Towing called with the required information for item to be released (Lot number, Description, and paid invoice number). Later in the evening after the mower was released I received a phone call saying that there were issues with the delivery location/contact person the mower was supposed to be delivered to. ******** Towing is a known local business that contacted me only to let me know that there was issues. I called *********************** only out of a courtesy to let her know that she needed to contact ******** Towing because they had her mower and the person she had booked to transport it for her did not pay the **** through ******** Towing. I told ***** that he was a friend of mine and if I could help her in any way to please let me know. I did not hear any more from the situation until my office received notification that a credit card chargeback was disputed for the purchase of the mower. I called ***** to find out what the situation was, but she would not answer or return my call. That is when I was introduced to *************************** via her calling me. She was very rude in explaining to me that they had no intentions of paying for the mower because of issues they were having with ******** Towing. I tried to explain that the issues they were having with transportation was not my fault or responsibility. I filed through EquipmentFacts.com (Sandhills.com) that *********************** had became a non paying buyer which results in the automatic revocation of bidding rights through EquipmentFacts.com. I spoke with my rep and explained the situation and that is when this revocation of bidding rights happened. I was then informed via a phone call from *************************** that she would be filing complaints against my company any way that she could, and that if she needed to she would make a "Fake" account if needed to bash my company and tell people we are only a scam. I tried to talk to ******* in a civilized conversation, but she was very rude in explaining how she would do whatever was necessary to get the bidding rights back. SEAC conducts ***** auctions per year selling ******* items per auction. This is the first time we have ever been accused of being a "scam" as ******* put it. SEAC corporate attorney is currently working on legal action to stop the inaccurate threats/slander that is being brought against my company. The issues the buyer is having with ******** Towing is nothing to me nor my company. The only involvement I had after the mower was released was putting *********************** and ******** Towing in touch so the issue could be resolved and get her mower. To my understanding the mower is being held by ******** Towing currently and has a $600 **** to be released. Resolution to this issue would be that the $600 is paid by ****** and mower returns to my possession to be resold to recoup the money from the credit card chargeback (bidding rights will still not be reinstated because buyer did not fulfill the invoice through my company) Option 2 is ****** pays the outstanding invoice through my company in the amount of $2,884.00 in full. I would be happy to help resale the mower if needed once ****** pays the invoice through my company in full and settles the **** with ******** Towing so the mower can be released. Currently the mower is not in my possession and has a **** of $600 as well as me not having the money $2884.00 for the invoice of the mower. The seller of this mower was paid 2 weeks after the auction date; resulting in my company currently not having the invoice amount or the mower to recoup any money. Please let me know how you would like to proceed. Please contact SEAC ************ or ****** ************ if needed.
