I purchased 100% embroidered patches and agreed on the design. The patches were received but they were not acceptable. They reworked them and sent another batch. Again they had the same issues. The solution is to make woven patches yet thats not what we want our patches to be. They will not refund our money. I do not want woven patches. I want a full refund and want to move on.Not acceptable practices to tell people you cant refund when theyre not satisfied with the product. Nor to force them into another product. Patches-on-sale is not worth the effort. Buyer beware. I want a full refund!They offer 100% Satisfaction Guarantee yet they dont stand behind it.Business response

We previously responded to this complaint....I am copying that response here.
Patch companies Beware....This customer bought from us on two (2) separate orders. His first order back in December 2021. He received his order and contacted us to complain about the small detail in the design. We advised him of the limitations of creating designs using a needle and thread and then to satisfy him although there were no flaws in the product, we re-manufactured his order. He received twice the amount of patches and never sent back any that he claimed were no good.
Reluctantly we accepted another order from him on April 8, 2022 and fell into the same trap. We have photos of the patches which we feel are fantastic and more than acceptable especially considering the fine detail. We had originally requested that the patches be made using the "fine woven" process which is common when fine details are present, but he declined. Again, we remade the order in an attempt to satisfy him even though the first run was acceptable in our opinion from manufacturing millions of patches each year. So in summary, this customer has received 200 patches when he ordered and paid for only 100. We wish him well in his future endeavors and stand behind our A+ rating with the BBB only asking future clients to read between the lines on this gentleman's review.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:they offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. They have stopped taking my calls and e-mails. They gave me an option that will not work for us based on the number of colors our logo has in it and the number of colors their woven patch is capable of. I want a refund since I have no useable patches at all.

Our Guarantees, Terms and Conditions that the customer agreed to BEFORE he placed his order clearly state that because the products are custom made just for them, they cannot be restocked by us, reused or resold and for those reasons there are NO refunds. We remade his patches twice and offered a different manufacturing process that he declined. Should the customer wish to purchase an order of patches from us using the design and manufacturing method that we offered and that he declined, we feel that he would be satisfied. Other then that solution we area closing our comments regarding this customer and wish him well.Customer response
