Excellent customer service and product. We couldnt be more pleased. Very responsive to our questions with prompt replies and proofs but mostly when we finally made an order, they made it happen within a tight timeframe for our event. I had received quotes from several companies prior to receiving this company's quote. It was half of what the other companies were and could not be happier we chose to work with ****. We have received the coins and cannot express the amount of gratitude for having them done quickly. This was the first place I contacted when researching custom coins for our company, and I'm so glad it was! ******* responded right away, was incredibly attentive, and walked me through the entire process. This type of customer service is rare these days. I had very high expectations for the final product and they still exceeded them. The coins turned out amazing! My experience getting a patch produced involved several requests from me for tweaks to my original design. I thought for sure they were getting sick of all the change requests. If they did, I was never aware of it. The turn around time with each change request was amazing and the best part that was truly amazing was the finished product. It exceeded expectations!
