            On July 11th, 2023 I, acting as an agent of Union County, ****** placed an online order for several vehicle antennas with the Antenna Farm. I received confirmation of the order via email, with an order number of ******. I never received the ordered items, or an explanation for the delay, and on the website the order still shows as "confirmed". I have contacted the company several times with extended hold times with no answer, leaving voicemails, and sending multiple emails attempting to learn as to why the order has not shipped. I have not received any response. If the order cannot be fulfilled I will need to cancel the order, as the vehicle the antennas are intended for needs to be placed in service.

            I ordered and received a Comet HFJ350M that was defective and incomplete. I emailed back and forth with ***** and ****. They sent a return lable but had no resolution on replacing or refunding my money. There is no response from repeated emails 14 in total. No one answers the phone # (706)XXX-XXX. I do not understand how these folks are still in business, my complaints are absoluty in line with other reviews. 20 minutes on hold right now. All they need to do is answer the call.
