              Replaced shingles on shed roof. I was notified they were coming after shingles were dropped off and then guy showed up. It was supposed to rain that day, Wednesday November 30,2022. Another worker came and after scraping the old shingles off it started to rain. I texted Mr ****** that I didn't want new shingles put down in top of wet roof. They stopped but went back to work shortly after. I called and he informed me it would cost more than $1000 quoted if they had to come back. He assured me the wetness wouldn't be a problem and guaranteed it for the lifetime of shingles which he said was about 20 years. Waiting to see if that will be in writing. I guess whether I was happy was relative. I would never use this company again nor would I recommend them. I have a video showing both the wet tar paper and the wet sheeting they put down but am unable to load on this review. I will be reporting this to BBB and whoever issues the license.

              Same issue as **** d Nothing but empty promises to fix their mess up...never gave a receipt for cash payment or fix the problem...sad customer service
