This Saturday I attempted to ride the freedom rail bike in Blue Ridge Georgia. The previous ride was 45 minutes late in getting back. The reason they were late was because a bike kept falling off the tracks. The woman who was on that bike said to us do not ride this I could have died. An employee asked for four people to sit out until the next ride. I told them I would sit out permanently. That employee told me to go to the counter and see Julie to get a refund. Julie told me she would put the refund through but it couldn't be done until Monday since it was the weekend. She gave me her cell number and on Monday she said it was not approved by her managers. I have been corresponding with someone who told me they could not give me a refund. I am very unhappy with this customer service! Two employees have told me I would get a refund but now I am told I will not. This is not how you do businessBusiness response

Attached is the copy of the refund as you can plainly see to ****** ****** on 3/9/22 by Judy R******* through FareHarbor , our ticketing agency.If you need any other proof that she was refunded in full promptly our ticketing agent FareHarbor will verify any other information you need at your convenience.However, as you mentioned there are 2 sides to every story and in conclusion, every complaint from ****** ****** was either fabricated or exaggerated, as the copy of this refund proves. In point, the false information she has stated to you concerning her refund only tells that her complaints are totally unmerited and we do not appreciate untruthful statements.We at FreedomRail as a tourist RailBike Venue do have situations that happen and are inconvenient to our customers.
