In October 2022 I had returned to **** Dental Group, to begin a new regiment with in regards to my son and myself. IE: Carrollton Location.At that time it was determined that a tooth my son had filled approx 1.5 years ago, displayed evidence that a cavity was reforming, as it was a thin line of decay. I questioned the hygienist, in regards to what might be the origin of decay. I was also concern regarding the risk factors, however I was told to make an appointment to get the tooth refilled. As I approached ************************* Office Manager, to express my concerns she look at my son, and said your mom better hurry up before it gets worse. I asked her not to do that, as I am a single mom who strive to set achievable expectations. In other words I didnt want to be rushed, as every ***** counts. Mrs ************************* is the reason sought another dentist in 2016, because I felt bullied, and she submitted x-rays to insurance company that were never taken. I decided to give them another opportunity, because the staff were very informative if memory served me right. On the day of my sons appt 11/21/2022 I attempted to accompany him to the dental room for service, because the staff had not provided a lot of information prior. I was told I would have to wait in lobby. I went to car to retrieve an item, and made them aware. I looked up and my son was departing dental office, and I was under the assumption all went well. My son begin to experience discomfort on 1/17/2023, an the staff gave him an emergency appt next day. I was told by Dr. *************************** DMD my son knew the risk, and that during the cleaning of composite more than likely a nerve was exposed. I was caught of guard, and I wanted to know why was I not informed, and given the options instead of making the decision for us. The Staff became agitated, and refused to correct error. My son missed approx. 3 days from school, and had to returned to medication. They sent a letter telling me to find another dentist.
