This company has been giving us the run around since October 2021. Since this nightmare began . WeHad this system redone and corrected from issues it had from homes previous owners and there HVAC company. Not used since end of November. ( less 5 months , it was winter) So we Had an issue today . First time using since the Tuesday before thanksgiving, the day they fixed our system. Now I have water pouring out in my floor. Which Im under a 6 months warranty ( good until 5/23/2022) . When I called them , Joy, proceed to tell me I have pay and after hours call because thats all she has available and a diagnostic fee $99. But Im under warranty. This is the 3 rd time they tried to charge me to come out after 5 pm because thats all they had available. Now Im under warranty! Per there agreement, so why would I have to pay an after hours or diagnostic considering you fixed the system and its under warranty.Be **** of this company, always wanting to send after 5 and gives authorization for charging after hours fees. Totally unacceptable. I asked to speak to ***** the owner, When Joy trys to talk over me and hangs up on me, Not a good way To speak to a customer who has paid your company thousands of dollars. I will also be filing a complaint with my home warranty company since they made me use this company to begin withBusiness response

While we strive to deliver exceptional service we do acknowledge there are mistakes that happen in **************** along the way. We regret any inconvenience it causes and strive to make sure that we thoroughly stand behind our work. After a site visit and discussion with customer as quickly as possible, we know the water issues stem from a substandard installation in areas of the system that we have never worked on even though we have corrected the airflow problems and cleaned the ducting system thereby drastically reducing the dust in the home. We are grateful that we were able to revisit the situation and give options for resolving all the remaining installation and maintenance issues with the heat pump system.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: that is a complete lie! They did work on my unit. Said they reposition it, fixed a blower, replaced several parts on it as well as cleaned my ducts . I have all of my invoices and emails, notes etc . I will be proceeding with legal actions since my warranty per this company was 6 months.

Thank you for replying. Yes, as stated in previous reply, we did work on the unit and replaced an incorrect blower system and cleaned the ductwork as requested. The customer has not been charged for nor paid our company to fix the condensation problem as it is a problem left by the original installing company when they did not install it correctly. Quotes for the repairs of the condensation control problems have not been accepted by customer to allow us to correct the poor installation that was left by another company. If a mechanic repairs the brakes on your vehicle and later the headlight quits working, the headlight failure is not caused by the mechanic who worked on the brakes. The same applies in this situation. We accept & own any problem we created or caused but not those left by another company.
