Dear ***/*****,I am writing to file a formal complaint against ***************************, a lawyer at Wakhisi Douglass Law firm located in *******,** I retained *************************** to represent me in a case regarding an apartment complex reporting negative and false information to the credit bureau and I never signed a lease.Despite repeated attempts to communicate, *************************** has been consistently non-responsive. I have contacted him multiple times via phone calls, emails, and in-person visits to the office, but have received little to no response. This lack of communication is causing significant stress and delaying the progress of my case.Furthermore, despite the lack of responsiveness, I have been charged fees for *************************** representation. I believe this conduct is unethical and unprofessional, and it has left me in a difficult and precarious situation regarding my case. I am requesting the assistance of the Better Business Bureau to address this matter. I seek a resolution that includes:1. A full refund of the fees paid to *************************** and also compensation for waiting since October 2023 for a response regarding my case 2. Proper communication and a detailed status update on my case.I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your assistance in resolving this issue.Sincerely,***************************Initial Complaint

I obtained credit modification services through ********* Credit Solutions to consolidate my debt. **** of America filed litigation against me and CCS retained ****************************** to represent me. I proactively paid the nearly $10,000 in debt off early and for the past 3 months the debt has not been reported paid. CCS says its paid on their end and W-D hasnt updated their files. When I call W-D they tell me to use a portal for communication that I have never received and or to wait on a call back. I am yet receive a call back from attorneys ************************* or ***************** for weeks. BOA is accurately reporting by balance at $5500 remaining but its been paid in full on my end. I feel as though im intentionally being given the run around and no one can explain why my balances are inaccurately reported.
