I emailed their support email to ask for a tracking number/update and I didnt get a reply. when I emailed them again I was given a tracking number that stated it was delivered at a different address. when I questioned why it was delivered there they said it was going to be shipped out to me via **** from that location and that I would be receiving a new update in about 3 days. I never received anything else and they stopped replying to my emails and now the website says it is under maintenance.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for a rug in February. It has been delivered to what they say is their distribution center in ******* on 3/27. To date I still have not received my order. I purchased a product through their website, however it was never delivered. After numerous emails going back and forth with nonstop excuses, they stopped responding back to me. I have a receipt and a tracking number, however it's not confirmed if it's for the product I purchased as it was delivered to a completely different address in a different state that's not associated with me. I have been trying to get in contact with them but to no avail. I have already contacted my credit card company to reverse the charge and the attorney general.Initial Complaint

I purchased a cell phone case on 12/11/2022. My autofill filled in the incorrect address, which is 100% my mistake. I immediately emailed the company at ********************************** and let them know of my mistake and the correct address to send it to. They responded and said everything is fine and will be shipped correctly. I contacted them 3 times since then and they will not respond to me. On their website it states "Order #***** was placed on December 11, 2022 and is currently Shipped." I'm yet to receive anything and they will not respond to me. I either want a refund or literally just my order...Business response

This is for a purchase that was made on 12/18/2022. The order was for a phone case and three shoe carrying bags. These were Christmas gifts for my kids. After waiting 5 weeks for delivery, the phone case finally arrived in the mail (there was never any warning that the items were being shipped from ***** and could take weeks to arrive) but the shoe bags were not deliverers even though they were part of the same order and under the same tracking information. I contacted the company several times via email and have not heard a word from there about where the remaining items from my order are or if I can get a refund.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on 11/28/23 from Dope Angels website for an AirPod case and a shoe chest. After emails to the store requesting shipping information I received a shipment notice and tracking information but the only product that I received is the AirPod case. I have emailed the store multiple times and called advising that I did not ever receive the shoe cheat and they will not respond. They were responsive prior to me advising that I had not received the entire purchase but when I told them I didnt get the shoe chest they stopped responding. I feel as though they are scamming me and never sent the shoe chest, only the significantly less expensive AirPod case and are simply stealing my money that was paid for the shoe chest.Initial Complaint

I ordered several products from this company back in December 2022. I did not get the product so I emailed the company in reference to me receiving a tracking number. I have several emails with two representatives from this company promising the information I requested I have not after several more attempts, gotten any information and also requesting a refund, no one seems to answer the emails anymore and it is going on answered and I am still without my money. I ordered a phone case for an Xmas gift on December 9th with Dope Angels. Still have not received the product. I have emailed daily and no response. They responded once and said the package was shipped. I have asked for a refund and no response. I have asked them to overnight another case or process a refund. Ordered a phone case for my daughter for a Christmas gift on December 17th. Order number is *****. ***************************************************************************************************************************************************** No tracking number was provided and no communication available from Dope ****** Sent emails asking for shipping update...no response. Reading all the negative reviews and similar stories...I should have researched first. Not cool...DA!
