I went to this business for a quick, easy and free Covid test, as advertised in September of 2021. Although I did receive a covid test as needed, I was then met with 2 separate charges from this company for services not provided. I was billed twice through my health insurance for 2 separate Office/Outpatient visit with a new patient. I was never formally seen by these doctors. I am now being billed two charges of $128.50 for services not provided. This company lists a phone number to contact them but when you call, you are told this is only a phone number for testing concerns and they hang up on you (multiple times). I have attached my email correspondence with them with no resolve after almost 6 months. You will also note that in my email correspondence, I confirm that the billed providers are under their payroll. I'm afraid this is reflecting poorly on my health care credit and my credit in general.Business response

I would like to respond to the complaint I was forwarded. All patients are seen by a provider which is either a nurse practioner or physician assistant. The person in review, had ********************* that were interpreted along with an assessment of respiratory status. The patient was appropriately billed as an office visit as this is part of the evaluation for the Covid test. We are not just a Covid collection site, our patients are evaluated in real time by either a nurse practioner or physician assistant.
I am happy to discuss this further, if there are any other concerns regarding this case. I will also reach out to the individual personally to advise them of our process. Patients will receive two bills, one from the lab who processed the test and one from CovidCareGa for the visit completed by the Nurse practioner/Physician Assistant.
We do not collect any copays or deductibles from insured patients. We do **** patients insurance companies. Please rest assure, that even if the insurance company does not pay- we will not collect from the patient.
